At Vaquiro, your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us immediately — we are committed to resolving it quickly and efficiently.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong design or size).
- You contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our desk mats are thoroughly inspected for print quality and stitching before shipping, items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or ordering the wrong size. Please carefully review your design choices and dimensions before completing your purchase.
Return Procedure & Fees
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.
- Return Shipping Fees: If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, Vaquiro covers the return shipping cost or will issue a free replacement. For any other approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse in Italy.
- Currency Handling: All refunds are issued in the exact currency used at checkout (USD $ or EUR €).

- If the issue is confirmed, a replacement will be sent free of charge.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
